Overview

Enforcers of the Draconic Containment Accord. They demanded the party surrender Dave for "sanitization" or be classified as "collaborators in contamination."

Known History

• Intercepted the party over the Sea of Swords (Session 5); outwitted (their own banishing box used to save Dave); their pursuers died on Mintan — one to an Ankheg, the rest to the party and Koa. Their dead were, regrettably, made into travel kebabs (Session 6).
• The party are presumably still fugitives in their eyes.
